Hi, I'm Jami—your guide on this transformative journey. I'm the founder and owner of Magic Lamp Dance Studio, teacher with over 17 years of experience, lifelong student of fitness and nutrition, a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and a loving GiGi to three beautiful grandchildren. I know what it's like to feel lost in your own body. A few years ago, my life looked successful from the outside—thriving dance studio, new accounting business, loving family. You don't need any dance experience whatsoever. Q: I'm not very flexible. Can I still do this? A: Absolutely. We work WITH your body where it is right now. The stretching and movement are gentle and designed to improve flexibility over time—not require it from day one. Q: What if I can't make the live sessions? A: Every live session is recorded and available for replay within 24 hours. However, I strongly encourage you to attend live when possible for the community connection and real-time support. Q: How much time do I need to commit? A: Plan for 60 minutes weekly for the live session, plus 2-3 short practice sessions (20-30 minutes each). Total: about 2-2.5 hours per week. All content is available 24/7 so you can fit it into your schedule. Q: I have [specific health condition]. Is this safe for me?
